Lifton Sea Scout Group

Lifton Sea Scouts aims to help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of our local, national and international communities. As the only Sea Scouts in West Devon District, you will often find us getting involved in water sports at Roadford Lake. In addition to our water sports, we offer the full Scout programme which includes opportunities for overnight adventures. We have a great team of leaders who have a fantastic variety of experience in Scouting and we are always willing to expand our team and welcome new leaders.

We have two Beaver Colonies, one Cub Pack and one Scout Troop – around 75 young people and around 15 adult leaders. We meet at various venues in Lifton and Liftondown, in the summer months some of our sections meet at Roadford Lake.

Please get in contact with us to find out about current spaces and/or to add your child to our waiting lists.
