Lifton Sea Scout Group

Lifton Sea Scouts aims to help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. As the only Sea Scouts in West Devon District, you will often find us getting involved in water sports at Roadford Reservoir. However, we offer the full Scout programme which includes opportunities for overnight adventures. We have a great team of leaders who have a fantastic variety of experience in Scouting and we are always willing to expand our team and welcome new leaders.

During the lockdown period we are not able to offer any face-to-face activities until further notice, but our Scouts are now meeting online via Zoom. All sections are able to continue working towards badges and we encourage everyone to use the ‘Badges at Home’ resources.

We look forward to resuming meetings when possible: our Beavers meet on Wednesdays, our Cubs and Scouts meet on Mondays.
